Withdrawal Remains Pending
The funds have not yet been released. Outstanding verification, an active bonus, payment-method ownership checks or an account limit may delay approval.
Withdrawals are requested through the cashier in your Powbet account. Standard accounts have limits of CHF 500 per day and CHF 7’000 per month; certain VIP levels may have a higher monthly withdrawal limit. After approval, e-wallet withdrawals are normally completed almost instantly, card withdrawals in 1–3 bank working days and bank transfers in 2–5 bank working days. An internal review and verification may take place beforehand.
| Limit | Standard Account |
|---|---|
| Per Day | CHF 500 |
| Per Month | CHF 7’000 |
The account limit and payment-method limit apply at the same time. Even if a payment method allows higher amounts, the daily limit for standard accounts remains CHF 500. Certain VIP levels may have a higher monthly withdrawal limit.
With a balance of CHF 2’000, at least four separate daily withdrawals are required under the standard daily limit.
A withdrawal is created in the logged-in player account under “Withdraw”. This section shows the methods available for your account and their minimum amounts. The requested amount must be within both the method limit and the daily and monthly account limits.
If verification is required, the withdrawal remains in processing until the review is complete. The processing time of the card network, bank, wallet or blockchain provider only starts after approval.
| Withdrawal Method | Minimum | Maximum per Method | Time After Approval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa | CHF 15 | CHF 3’000 | 1–3 bank working days |
| Mastercard | CHF 15 | CHF 3’000 | 1–3 bank working days |
| Bank transfer | CHF 10 | CHF 4’685 | 2–5 bank working days |
| Revolut | CHF 15 | CHF 5’400 | Transfer processing time |
| Skrill | CHF 15 | CHF 5’400 | Normally almost instant |
| Neteller | CHF 15 | CHF 5’400 | Normally almost instant |
| Jeton | CHF 15 | CHF 5’400 | Normally almost instant |
| MiFinity | CHF 10 | CHF 2’300 | Normally almost instant |
| Cryptocurrencies | approx. CHF 30–60 equivalent | CHF 5’400 equivalent | After blockchain confirmation |
Bank transfer and MiFinity have the lowest available minimum at CHF 10. E-wallet withdrawals are normally credited fastest after approval. The standard daily account limit of CHF 500 still applies even if a method technically allows a higher amount.
“Pending” means the request has been submitted but is still under internal review. Bonus status, withdrawal limits, ownership of the payment method and verification may all be relevant at this stage.
“Approved” means Powbet has passed the payment to the card network, bank, e-wallet or blockchain.
“Delivered” means the withdrawal has been credited to the payment destination or the blockchain transfer has been confirmed.
| Method | Normal Time After Approval |
|---|---|

| Cryptocurrencies | After network confirmation |
| Visa, Mastercard | 1–3 bank working days |
| Bank transfer | 2–5 bank working days |
| Revolut | Depends on payment processing |
Bank working days do not include weekends. A withdrawal submitted on Friday can therefore still be within the normal timeframe on Monday if internal approval or bank processing is counted in working days.

The request was rejected before approval. The amount returns to the playable balance. Before submitting a new request, the reason for rejection must be resolved, such as the amount, method, verification or bonus status.
The amount is credited back to the player account instead of being sent to the payment provider. Processing by the bank, card or wallet only begins after the withdrawal is approved again.
The payment has already left Powbet but has not yet reached its destination. In this case, the normal timeframe for the selected method is counted from the approval time. Card withdrawals and bank transfers are counted in bank working days; crypto requires network confirmations.
