Depositing at Powbet
Deposits are made through the cashier in the logged-in player account. The method, available minimum and maximum amount, and payment approval are handled there. Cards may require 3-D Secure confirmation depending on the bank; wallet, bank and crypto payments follow the relevant payment route.

Bank Transfer and Revolut
Bank transfer and Revolut are alternatives to cards and e-wallets for direct account payments. Destination details and the transaction amount are specified in the cashier.
Bank transfers and Revolut payments are not approved instantly in the same way as card payments. The timing depends on the relevant bank or transfer processing.
CHF, Fees and Currency Conversion
If both your player account and your deposit are in CHF, we do not perform a currency conversion.
We do not charge a standard deposit fee for these payment methods. A bank, card provider or e-wallet may charge its own transaction or exchange-rate fees. Cryptocurrencies may also involve a network fee.
If a deposit is made in another currency, conversion may take place before the amount is credited to the CHF account.
Pending, Rejected or Missing Deposit
Card Declined
Common reasons include an incomplete 3-D Secure confirmation, insufficient available funds or the card issuer blocking the merchant category.
Crypto Sent but Not Credited
The coin, network and destination address must match the deposit details. The transaction hash can show whether the payment is still pending, has been confirmed or was sent via a different network.
Amount Debited but Balance Missing
If you contact our support team about a missing deposit, provide the amount, currency, payment method, transaction time and payment reference. Full card numbers, online banking passwords, wallet recovery phrases or private keys should never be included in a support request.
Bonus Missing After Deposit
